Graduating from Da Nang University with excellent achievements and winning the national first prize in Macro-Economic Research, Ha My has accumulated over 9 years of experience working for two foreign companies, Foxconn in Taiwan, and Savills Vietnam. With more than 15 years of extensive experience in major resort projects in Da Nang and the Central region market, Ha My has chosen a career path focused on the resort real estate segment, serving numerous domestic and international clients. She has achieved notable sales results in large projects by VinaLiving, BRG, and has trained multiple successive staff classes.

With a reputation and years of experience navigating through various cycles of prosperity and recession in the real estate market, Ha My, along with HEPRO Company, is currently providing premium Real Estate Consulting Services in the markets of Da Nang, Quang Nam, and Quy Nhon. As the owner and manager of the company, Ha My places high importance on maintaining the brand and emphasizes the company's credibility throughout its development journey.

Tường Vy graduated from Da Nang University of Foreign Languages with a major in Translation and Interpretation in 2004. With nearly 19 years of experience across various fields, including Tourism, Commerce, Import-Export, Education, and Management of high-end resort real estate, Ms. Vy has gained extensive knowledge, a multi-dimensional perspective, and diverse experiences. These experiences have been invaluable in complementing her main profession as a Sales Consultation and Management specialist.

Choosing the field of high-end resort real estate is both a long-term commitment and a passion for Tường Vy. She has been actively involved in buying, selling, managing, and leasing high-end real estate for over 10 years. The working philosophy of HEPRO Company, as well as Tường Vy's personal approach, is always directed towards dedication, thoroughness, and credibility with customers. My Hanh graduated with a major in Hotel Management and is deeply passionate about the hospitality and tourism industry. With over 8 years of experience, starting from a supervisory role to managing the maintenance of villas and customer care, both short-term and long-term, at Hiend Property, My Hanh has a profound understanding of the specific needs and desires of customers in the high-end resort sector. Combined with experience in managing cash flow, expense and revenue accounts, and project cash flow progress, she has developed additional skills in business financial management.

Her love for the profession and dedication have driven her to put in extra effort and continually learn to excel in her assigned tasks. Joining the enthusiastic team at HEPRO, she is committed to contributing to the creation of excellent service products. Being a Bachelor of Business Administration specialized in Corporate Finance at Da Nang University of Economics, Hang has accumulated 7 continuous years of work experience in various fields, including hotels, golf, real estate, international finance, with roles ranging from HR specialist, business specialist, Head of Customer Care Department, to Assistant Director of Business and Marketing at a company specializing in investing and developing high-end real estate projects in Da Nang.

Throughout this journey, Hang has consistently pursued learning, research, and self-development to bring the best value to the company. This reflects Hang's life and work philosophy: always prioritizing the collective and the company's interests.

Hang is passionate about innovation and creativity in her work, thriving on change. In her role at HEPRO, Hang is responsible for coordinating operations and rentals, as well as providing real estate sales consultancy. She oversees transparent reporting of income and expenses in operational management, ensuring timely information for landlords every month. Hang participates in training courses on products, delving into understanding and analyzing the advantages of each product the company distributes, and providing the most accurate advice to customers. She is always alongside customers and partners in all matters related to the products and services that the company offers.

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, Dieu has accumulated 7 years of experience, particularly in various companies, with a focus on the real estate industry.

For each villa and apartment, factors related to the quality of the house, furnishings, equipment, and service quality act as the "face" that determines whether customers choose to stay, whether for a short or long period. Some customers at Hiend Property have continuously rented the same property for 7 years, and the company consistently maintains the property in good and new condition for both tenants and owners. Anh Nguyễn Văn Pháo, the Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for controlling and coordinating all activities of the housekeeping and property maintenance department, welcoming and handing over homes to customers. Pháo works with diligence and dedication, regardless of holidays, Tet, or day and night, as customer service may be needed 24/7.
