From June 10, 2026, Dat Phuong Group launches the “VND 1 BILLION GREEN GIFT” program for Park Home owners at Casamia Balanca Hoi An - customers who choose to accompany Dat Phuong on its journey toward sustainable development, ecosystem preservation, and the creation of lasting green values for the community.

The “VND 1 BILLION GREEN GIFT” campaign reflects Dat Phuong’s consistent development philosophy: creating urban communities that go hand in hand with the responsible preservation of local natural resources, raising environmental awareness, and protecting the long-term vitality of the region.

Casamia Balanca Hoi An’s “50% Payment – Handover” policy allows customers to take possession of their villa or Park Home from November 2026 and immediately begin rental operations to generate cash flow without having to pay the full property value upfront. The remaining 50% is deferred and can be paid in installments through the end of 2027
