The project is eligible for financing support from VIB, MBB, and VTB banks.

In addition to the standard payment schedule, the Developer may offer a flexible payment schedule tailored to the customer’s financial strategy. For customers who opt for an accelerated payment schedule, a discount may be proposed after reviewing their proposed payment plan.

OPERATION & RENTAL PROGRAM

Participation in the Rental Program is subject to the “First Come, First Served” principle. The number of villas permitted to opt out of the Rental Program is limited. Once these slots have been fully allocated, subsequent buyers will be required to participate in the Rental Program. Villas that do not participate in the program will be offered at a higher price.

Revenue Sharing for Villas Participating in the Rental Program: The Developer guarantees a minimum return of 6% per year for the first 2 years. After the first 2 years, owners will receive up to 40% of Adjusted Rental Revenue generated through the Rental Program. Adjusted Rental Revenue = Gross Rental Revenue – Management Fees. Detailed terms and conditions are stipulated in the Management and Maintenance Agreement.

Payment Schedule: Quarterly, every 3 months.

The expected rental rate for villas at Mandarin Oriental Da Nang is approximately USD 3,500 per night, depending on the villa type, peak season, and availability. Owners are entitled to 45 nights of personal use per year and may transfer their allocated nights to family members or friends. Owners must notify the Management Company of their intended stay at least 15 days in advance.

Any unused nights will automatically expire at the end of each year and cannot be accumulated or carried forward to the following year.
